follow the submission
guidelines precisely. 1. Participants may submit a maximum of two entries, but may only be selected once as a winner. In the event that a participant with two entries has both entries voted in the top three, only the highest will be awarded a prize. In this event, the participant with the next highest number of votes will be selected as the second prize winner. This gives all participant more chances to win and ensures the highest number of possible winners. 2. Please submit one .jpg image or .gif image with a vertical or horizontal resolution of between 800 and 1600 (to a maximum overall resolution of 1600 x 1200 and a maximum file size of 500KB) per entry. In addition please submit one .jpg or .gif thumbnail image with a vertical resolution no greater than 100 and the horizontal resolution no greater than 220 per entry. (Recommendation - rendered images in .jpg format and line drawings in .gif format) Please include your name and image title in the entry file name as indicated in the sample name below Don_Cheke_ChallengeImageTitle.jpg Don_Cheke_ChallengeImageTitle_tn.jpg (thumbnail) At this time, Animation Lab entries will not be accepted. Sorry for any inconvenience. 3. Email submissions to: dcheke@sasktel.net. Please include your full first and last name in the submission email and which version the drawing was created in. Please include a title for your image. 5. A reply email will follow to let the participants know that their image has been received. This is not automatic and the email will be sent when the web site administrator is at his computer. If your entry does not appear after a couple days feel free to email and ask about it - as email will occasionally get lost in transit. If contact in this manner fails send a private message from the TurboCAD User Forum. 6. The submitted entries will be posted usually on the day that they are received by the TurboCAD Challenge web page administrator. |
