TurboCAD Challenge Rules

1. The contest is open to all users of TurboCAD except those affiliated with presenting the challenge.

2. Any version of TurboCAD can be used to create a drawing for the challenge with the exception of any Beta version in testing.

3. The submission must be entirely created with TurboCAD and with any tools that TurboCAD contains, including Animation Lab and its partner Montage Center. That means, if someone desires to insert an image for a background environment that would be acceptable, providing  no copyright infringements occur with the use of the image.

4. No post TurboCAD image editing is allowed, except for Animation Lab entries which may be converted to a more web friendly format such as mp4. An image editor may be used to resize the images to comply with the submission guidelines and an image editor may be used to sign the image if the participant desires.

5. By emailing the images for submission, the participant acknowledges and agrees that the images may be posted in the TurboCAD Challenge gallery and may be posted in the IMSI/Design showcase or other sponsor galleries. The work itself remains the property of the participant and the participant is assured that the submitted images or animation will not be used for any other purpose without written consent from the submitting participant.

6. By emailing the images for submission, the participant also acknowledges that they own the rights to the TurboCAD drawing and submitted image(s) and indemnifies Textual Creations,  IMSI/Design and other sponsors if this is not the case.

7. The .TCW files that the submitted images are based on should be available to Don Cheke of Textual Creations upon request,  should there be any concern about TurboCAD purity.

8. The TurboCAD Challenge is void where prohibited by law.
